I have been a paid up member of Future Bodies gym for several years now and can thoroughly recommend the gym as having everything you need for your fitness journey in terms of space, equipment and an outstanding group of PT's. Josh and the team go out of their way to make you feel not only safe and welcome in the space, but like you really can achieve your goals with them, whatever those goals may be. I recently did a 6-week coaching program and have smashed my goals losing nearly 5kg and over 3% body fat which I'm super stoked with. The program covers exercise and nutrition and you have the constant feedback and 1:1 support needed to achieve results and more importantly achieve them in a sustainable way. I have been blown away by the level of commitment and dedication that Josh and the team have shown not only to me but to the rest of the clients on the program. The group classes and semi-private coaching sessions are fun and you want to come back for more. The acid test, having invested in myself for 6 weeks would I do it again?...YES 100% I would and in fact I have put my money where my mouth is, as I have elected to remain in the program to continue to smash my health and fitness goals as a monthly member of the 1:1 game changers coaching program. If you are thinking about it, I can say it is more than worth the money and represents fantastic value for money given the amount of personalisation you get and the results that I've seen in the initial 6 weeks. Meet Gemma! 👋

14lbs gone FOREVER in just 6 weeks! 

Gemma it has been an absolute pleasure seeing you smash your goals over the last 6 weeks with us! 

Prior to joining our VIP membership Gemma had been a member with us for just over 2 years she however still struggled to build a sustainable routine with her health & fitness and frequently would try and tackle her health & fitness goals but lose motivation to only start again. She wasn't happy with how her clothes felt and really wanted to feel healthy & happy and so she decided that our VIP membership was where she wanted to go! 

We planned out Gemmas goals and she surpassed her individual 6 week goals by the end of week 4!

Meet Tess! 👋

Tess is 12 weeks into her 1-1 coaching program and man has she SMASHED some serious health and fitness goals!

Before joining our 1-1 coaching program Tess was really struggling to manage her health & fitness alongside a super demanding job which involves night shifts, being a parent and general day to day life.

She knew what she wanted to achieve but wasn’t really sure on gyms or how to get started and drive long term sustainable change in a way that she would enjoy.

Over the last 12 weeks Tess has managed 30 mins of exercise per day (on average), nailed her nutrition down to a TEE and found that she can achieve her health and fitness goals, eat what ever she likes, balance a career and be an awesome parent at the same time! 

In just 12 weeks Tess has dropped an impressive 10.8kgs that’s a smidge under 2 STONE . 🤯

She’s dropped body fat, gained muscle and found herself loving exercise and making it part of her new “normal”.

Ian has just finished his initial 12 week coaching program and man has he achieved some milestones!

Meet Jo! 👋

Prior to joining us, Kelly was struggling with a super busy social and family life that always derailed her health and fitness success. She was a typical yo-yoer when it came to starting/stopping exercise and healthy eating... 

She just couldn't gain traction and was tired of never achieving the results she wanted, and so so she joined our mentorship program

In just 6 weeks she has dropped 5.8kg of body fat, gained 2.6kg of muscle, dropped her metabolic age by 15 years, and has found a health & fitness program that fits around her family and work-life perfectly.

Meet Sally! 👋

Sally is 13 weeks into her mentorship with us and she is SMASHING it!

Prior to joining us, Sally was frustrated with how she felt, had tried slimming world, weight watchers, and quick fixes with no long-term success. 

Sally struggled with 3 main problems:

  1. Not enough time in the day! 
  2. Her lifestyle! - She loves going out for dinner and drinks with friends & family
  3. She lacked the self-confidence to come to the gym 2-3 times per week independently.

And so she decided to join our mentorship program.

In just 12 weeks she has dropped 9kg of body fat, that's 19.8lbs, all whilst finding balance with her lifestyle with nothing off-limits, and more importantly, following a health and fitness regime she can see herself doing forever.

She's done all this by working out between 2-3 times per week and implementing our mentorship program to the tee!

Meet Kat! 👋

Kat is now into the 8th week of her membership with us!

Meet Terri! 👋

Terri is on her 15th week with us and we just had to share her journey! 

Terri joined our VIP Mentorship program as she really wanted to take charge of her health & fitness once and for all. She had often dabbled with gym training but never really gained any proper traction and this time wanted to finally get in the best shape of her life.

Fast forward 15 weeks and Terri has improved her Strength & Fitness by 10% every week since she started with us. She's dropped body fat, gained that all-important muscle and is now in the top 1% of the population for being fit, strong, and healthy.

Meet Mark! 👋

Mark joined our VIP Mentorship program as he really wanted to take charge of his health and fitness this year.

He wanted to tackle a couple of key areas, drop body fat (around 13kg), lower blood pressure and drive long-term habit change.

Alongside this Mark had previously been told that weight training was a big no, no due to numerous rugby injuries.

Fast forward 9 weeks and he has dropped 7.7kg, started weight training safely, and seen around 10% improvement in his strength and fitness week in and week out.
