At Future Bodies we pride ourselves on only hiring the best. Our personal trainers are highly qualified and highly experienced. Each and every one of our personal trainers are trained to help motivate you and will make sure that your goals are achieved.

We’ll work with you to create a personalised plan to help you reach your targets, whether it be weight loss, tone, increased fitness or muscle building. Our trainers will be with you every step of the way, making sure that your milestones are reached and that you are staying on track. We’ll even help you with tailored meal plans so that your diet is right for your exercise program.

Our BRAND NEW Managing Director Josh Ware, born and bred in Okehampton, was a personal trainer before he went to university to study for a Business Management degree. He graduated in 2015 with first-class honours, and for the past few years been running other businesses. He now believes that this is the right time to take on his next project – Future Bodies!

Josh wants to take Future Bodies to the next level and make it the go-to gym for not just Okehampton, but the surrounding areas also. His aim is to create a friendly and comfortable environment, for any capability, in a well equipped, state-of-the-art training facility, where everyone is greeted by their first name.

Having been a personal trainer before university and having a love and passion for staying fit and healthy, when the opportunity of Future Bodies came up, I just couldn’t say no. I have a first-class honours degree in business management, and have been running other businesses for the past few years, and now is the right time to take on my next project!

I love to help others achieve their goals in becoming healthier and fitter. It is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. I am currently in the process in improving my physique so that I can be the best that I can be and hopefully it will motivate others to get into fitness. My main aim is to provide as much of my knowledge to others so that they can carry out exercises safely, whilst at the same time being more beneficial if done the right way. I consider myself very polite and friendly and love to meet new people.

I am an enthusiastic individual with aspirations of bettering myself to the point of having one of the best physiques in the world. I love to be around others who are trying to be the best they can be and will always go out of my own way to ensure I can help in any way I can. I have level 3 qualifications in sports massage and a personal training diploma, and a level 2 qualification in fitness instructing (such as outdoor fitness, studio resistance, spinning, and circuit classes)
 
I consider myself very knowledgeable for my age as I spend most of my days trying to further educate myself and trying new things as I believe you should only try to teach what you have tried first yourself.

I have trained in a variety of ways over my time in this industry, whether it’s training to dunk a basketball or simply to look good on a beach. So, I am confident, whatever your ability and experience, that I can take you to the level you deserve.
