Meet Terri!

Terri joined our Mentorship program as she really wanted to take charge of her health and fitness once and for all. She had often dabbled with gym training but never really gained any proper traction and this time wanted to finally get in the best shape of her life.

Fast forward 15 weeks and Terri has improved her Strength & Fitness by 10% every week since she started with us. She’s dropped body fat, gained that all-important muscle and is now in the top 1% of the population for being fit, strong, and healthy.
