Meet Sally!

Sally is 13 weeks into her mentorship program with us and she is SMASHING it!

Prior to joining us, Sally was frustrated with how she felt, had tried Slimming World and Weight Watchers, and had the quick fixes but no long-term success.

Sally struggled with 3 main problems:

  • Not having enough time in the day!
  • Her lifestyle! – She loves going out for dinner and drinks with friends & family
  • She lacked the self-confidence to come to the gym 2-3 times per week independently.

And so she decided to join our mentorship program.

In just 12 weeks she has dropped 9kg of body fat, all whilst finding balance within her lifestyle with nothing being off-limits, and more importantly, following a health and fitness regime she can see herself doing forever.

She’s done all this by working out between 2-3 times per week and implementing our mentorship program to the tee!
