Ryleigh has done 12 weeks of mentorship with us and she is SMASHING it!
Prior to joining us, Ryleigh was frustrated with how she felt, wanted to get fitter but didn’t really know how to achieve her goals and really didn’t know what to do out on the gym floor to drive lasting change.
Ryleigh wanted to overcome 3 main goals:
- She wanted to find a plan that would fit with her university lifestyle
- She wanted to find a plan that would get her to her long-term goals once and for all
- She wanted to build her confidence to workout in any gym and know exactly what to do!
In just 12 weeks she has dropped 6.5kg of body fat (over 1 stone!), all whilst finding balance within her lifestyle with nothing being off-limits, and more importantly, following a health and fitness regime that she can see herself doing forever.
Ryleigh has been exercising consistently 3-4 times per week and implementing our mentorship program to the tee!
