Meet Robin!

Robin joined our Mentorship program as he really wanted to take charge of his health and fitness this year.

He wanted to tackle a couple of key areas, namely being getting back into health and fitness after a nasty accident that left him in a coma.

Prior to his accident Robin was a super active chap and really wanted to get back into exercising but in a safe way around his injuries.

Fast forward 12 weeks he has consistently gotten 5% stronger every single week, he’s started weight training safely and building his confidence to work out independently on the gym floor, and he’s gone from not working out at all to consistently exercising for 3-5 times per week. He now knows exactly what he need to do to achieve his long term goals and we have given him the plan to do just that!
