Meet Pippa!

Pippa joined our Mentorship program as she wanted to tackle a couple of key areas and really take charge of her health and fitness. She wanted to get motivated, fall back in love with exercise and lose the weight she had been unable to shift.

We set Pippa her 6 week goals:

  • To improve her back strength and help alleviate back pain
  • To lose 10-14lb
  • To see a minimum of 10-20% improvement on her strength and fitness
  • To get back to gymming 3 times per week
  • To nail her squat form
  • To feel energized & more toned
  • To fit into her clothes better
  • To get her motivation back for exercise and enjoy it!

Fast forward 6 weeks and she has gained 20% improvement on her strength and fitness, she falled back in love with exercise and has consistently worked out between 3-5 times per week.
