Paul has just finished his initial 6-week coaching program with us.
Prior to joining us Paul knew that he needed to take control of this health and fitness but just couldn’t get motivated and found that other commitments were always getting in the way.
He was stuck in a rut and reached out to us.
We set Paul some clear and achievable 6 week goals:
- 4-8 lbs fat loss,
- To see a minimum of 20% improvement in his strength and fitness
- To get him to prioritise his health and fitness alongside his commitments and enable him to exercise on average of 30 minutes per day and to enjoy it!
- It was also imperative that we found a sustainable and long term solution that fitted with his lifestyle,
Fast forward 6 weeks and Paul achieved all of the above and now has the motivation to continue!
