Meet Niki!

Niki joined our Mentorship program as she wanted to tackle a couple of key areas and really take charge of her health and fitness.

Niki had always struggled with her back after surgery and she was tired of not being able to achieve her goals and wanted to take total control once and for all.

And so we set very specific 6 week goals that she would achieve 6 weeks from now, those being:

  • To improve her back strength and help alleviate back pain
  • To lose 6-10lbs
  • To increase her strength and fitness by at least 20%
  • To workout between 2-3 times a week
  • To understand what exercises she can do safely around her back injury
  • To take control of her health and fitness and drive long term change
  • To get her motivation back for exercise and enjoy it!

Fast forward 6 weeks and she has gained 20% improvement on her strength and fitness, she now knows exactly what exercises she can do safely and what she needs to do to achieve her goals long term.
