Mark joined our Mentorship program as he really wanted to take charge of his health and fitness this year.
He wanted to drop body fat, lower his blood pressure and drive long-term habit change.
Alongside this Mark had previously been told that weight training was a big no due to numerous rugby injuries.
Fast forward 9 weeks and he has dropped 7.7kg, started to weight train safely, and has seen around a 10% improvement in his strength and fitness week in and week out.
