Lara has just finished her initial 6 weeks of mentorship with us!
In just the first 6 weeks Lara has dropped 10.5lbs of body fat, gained on average 20% improvement on her strength & fitness, is exercising for 30 minutes of activity per day (both in gym and out of gym!), and more importantly smashed every single one of the goals she set out to achieve with us!
Prior to starting with us Lara had been on her own weightloss journey and was losing a little weight each week but she really wanted to speed the process up and take charge of her health & fitness once and for all.
Fast forward the 6 weeks and what took her nearly 8 months to lose before, she has done in just 6 weeks with us!
