Meet Kelly!

Prior to joining us, Kelly was struggling with a super busy social and family life that always derailed her health and fitness success. She was a typical yo-yoer when it came to starting/stopping exercise and healthy eating, and she just couldn’t gain traction and was tired of never achieving the results she wanted, so she joined our mentorship program

In just 6 weeks she has dropped 5.8kg of body fat, gained 2.6kg of muscle, dropped her metabolic age by 15 years, and has found a health & fitness program that fits around her family and work-life perfectly.

Kelly has achieved all of this by working out on average just 3 times per week!

Kelly’s confidence has been boosted, she has continued to live her sociable life AND still see the results she set out to achieve!
