She was a typical yo-yoer when it came to starting/stopping exercise and healthy eating, and she just couldn’t gain traction and was tired of never achieving the results she wanted, so she joined our mentorship program
In just 6 weeks she has dropped 5.8kg of body fat, gained 2.6kg of muscle, dropped her metabolic age by 15 years, and has found a health & fitness program that fits around her family and work-life perfectly.
