Karen has just finished her initial 6 weeks of mentorship with us!
Karen joined us as she had lost her momentum with her health and fitness. She was hammering cardiovascular training but not seeing the results she wanted and so reached out to us as she wasn’t sure what she was doing wrong. Alongside this she was also really struggling with her time management and so after an initial chat we set very specific 6 week goals, those being:
- To drop 4-7lbs of body fat
- To break the stop / start cycle of gymming
- To feel energised
- To improve her nutrition
- To make time for herself
- To replace her stress response of eating and replace it with the healthy habit of exercise
- To see a 20% improvement on strength and fitness
- Start to workout and feel confident in the gym environment
Karen smashed every single one of her goals and she now knows exactly what she needs to do to achieve her longer term goals.
