Meet Jo!

Jo has blown the roof off with her initial results!

In just 6 weeks she has dropped 22lbs of body fat, gained 3.3lbs of muscle, dropped her metabolic age by 16 years and found a health & fitness program that fits around her family and work-life perfectly.

Prior to joining our coaching program, Jo had tried various types of nutritional plans like counting points or following unsustainable plans that just don’t work long term.

She was stuck in a rut and just couldn’t gain traction with her health and fitness goals. She just couldn’t find a way to lose weight without radically changing her lifestyle, so she decided to take the leap and join our program.

It is safe to say that Jo has absolutely smashed her goals! She implemented everything which we put in place, was fast to ask questions and even faster to implement change. Well done Jo!
