Meet Jan!

In just her first 12 weeks, Jan has dropped 14lbs of body fat, gained muscle, dropped her metabolic age by 14 years and found a health & fitness program that fits around her family and work-life perfectly.

Prior to joining our coaching program Jan had had an ongoing back issue that had stopped her from achieving her long-term health and fitness goals.

She was stuck in a rut and just couldn’t gain traction with her health and fitness goals. She had gotten into bad habits and needed to break the cycle once and for all and so she joined our mentorship program.
