Meet Chloe!

Chloe joined our Mentorship program as she was really struggling to fall back into love with exercise. She had tried a few gyms but just couldn’t get motivated to continue with it, so we set very specific 6 week goals, those being:

  • To re-energize herself
  • To fall back in love with exercise
  • To increase her strength and fitness by at least 20%
  • To workout between 2-3 times a week and enjoy it
  • To start a long term health and fitness plan she could see herself doing for life
  • To take control of her health and fitness and drive long term change
  • To get her motivation back for exercise and enjoy it!

Fast forward 6 weeks and she has gained 20% improvement on her strength and fitness and BLASTED every goal out of the park!
