Carol has just finished her initial 1–1 12 week coaching program with us and she has smashed her goals!
These include smashing her weight loss target (just under 12lbs), dropping body fat and gaining muscle, getting back into a healthy lifestyle incorporating the gym 3 times per week, has has made her health and fitness a priority alongside a demanding full time job, and she has found a suitable training and nutrition plan that she can see herself doing long term that’s not just a quick fix.
